How to make
Cut the ribs into pieces, wash and dry them. Season them with salt and black pepper. Seal them in a pan on all sides and leave them in a warm place.
Cut the cabbage into pieces and rub it with salt.
In a deep cookware, stew the cabbage with a glass of water until it changes its color, add the tomatoes and paprika and leave it to simmer on the stove.
