How to make
Cut the mushrooms, saute them in oil. Add the rice, fry a bit and add the chopped into pieces sausages.
Pour on 2 1/2 cups of water and boil until the rice absorbs the water. Pour it into a serving plate and keep warm. Saute the tomatoes and garlic in the oil.
Salt, sprinkle with black pepper and pour this tomato sauce over the rice. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
