How to make
Boil the spaghetti until they're ready and strain them.
Grate the mushrooms and pour them into a Teflon baking pan.
Add olive oil and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Then add the tuna, tomato puree, salt, black pepper and 2 pinches of basil.
Place it back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Pour the hot sauce over the cooked spaghetti, mix well and serve them in 2 deep plates.
Sprinkle the spaghetti with tuna and tomato sauce on top with the remaining basil and grated yellow cheese.
