How to make
Pour the water into a pot, add the salt and oil and bring it to a boil. Pour the macaroni into the boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Strain the macaroni and place them in a baking pan, add the sliced butter, the crumbled white cheese and mix very well.
For the topping, beat the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and vanilla and stir.
Add the milk a little at a time and stir until you get a smooth mixture or until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture over the macaroni and mix gently and carefully.
Place the baking pan in a preheated 430°F (220 degree) oven and bake until it forms an appetizing golden brown crust.
Allow the oven-baked macaroni to cool completely, cut it into portions and serve.
