Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • tofu - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • oil
  • dill
  • garlic

How to make

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.

Add salt and oil. Grill them briefly on both sides.

Grease the bottom of the baking tray with oil. Arrange the zucchini and arrange the pieces of tofu on top.

Beat the eggs and add the crumbled white cheese. Cover the zucchini in the mixture. Bake them in a preheated oven until they're done.

Sprinkle the zucchini with dill and finely crushed garlic.
