How to cook
Cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise.
Soak the zucchini 'boats' in salted water for a few minutes to soften.
Do not soak for too long, because they will lose their firmness.
Crack the eggs in a bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese and grated yellow cheese, and stir.
Season with salt and finely chopped dill.
Stuff the zucchini boats and arrange on a baking tray.
Pour the remaining egg mix on top.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 30 minutes.
