How to make
Peel and grate the zucchini and garlic and cut them into small cubes.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion until it softens. Add the chopped zucchini and fry it for about 5-6 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Add the pressed garlic, salt it and sprinkle with as much black pepper as you like.
Separately, beat the eggs very well with a pinch of salt and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
Sprinkle with fresh and finely chopped dill, put the lid on the pan and stew for about 3 minutes.
It is cooked quickly and easily, but it turns out very tasty!
