How to make
The roasted peppers are peeled and cut into small strips.
Put some olive oil in a pan to heat. Once heated, add the chopped roasted peppers to fry a little.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
After the peppers are fried a little, pour the beaten eggs and crumbled cheese.
Stir constantly.
When the eggs are ready, remove from the pan.
