  • tomatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g) ripened
  • cucumbers - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 4 - 6 cloves
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup of extra virgin
  • fresh basil
  • parsley - a few stalks
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Roast the pepper, clean and cool it. All of the products are left in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

In a blender, chop the peeled tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, garlic and basil into chunks.

Add the olive oil, sugar, salt and black pepper. Everything is blended.

Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
