How to make

A quick and very tasty tomato soup, which you can prepare easily and without much effort.

To help implement this recipe, we need a good blender, in order to blend the products smoothly and perfectly.

The tomatoes and apples are cleaned and cut into pieces. They are weighed when cleaned, not before that.

Put them in the blender jug, along with half of the tuna strained from the liquid or fat in the tin.

Add the garlic cloves and if desired, you can add a third one for a stronger garlic flavor.

Add vinegar, salt and black pepper and turn on the appliance to blend for a minute and a half or two. Finally, it is programmed for another 40 seconds, but at a slower speed and through the opening of the blender, specially adapted for this, pour a thin stream of olive oil. That's how a light emulsion is obtained.

If the blender does not have such an opening, then continue to work with a liquidizer and again pour the olive oil in a stream, while moving the appliance slowly from the bottom to the top.

The finished soup is transferred into a jug or large bowl and stored in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

The cold tuna tomato soup is served sprinkled with pieces of the remaining tuna and a drizzle of olive oil.

Fresh, summer cold soup, which will enchant you!

Enjoy your meal!
