Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 bunches, fresh
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

Braise the flour in the oil until golden, add the finely chopped garlic and pour on 3 cups of hot water over them.

Boil on low heat until the garlic softens. Add the finely chopped parsley and remove from the stove.

Once the soup cools completely, add the yoghurt and serve with toasted bread slices.
