"Here is our favourite recipe for gazpacho - have it with health and appetite"

Ingredients

  • bread - 3 slices, old, without leavening agents
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. + extra when serving
  • vinegar - 2 tsp, wine
  • salt to taste
  • tomatoes - 6, roughly chopped
  • peppers - 1, red
  • cucumbers - 1, peeled and roughly chopped
  • eggs - 1, hard - boiled, cut into big pieces
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • water - 4 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • croutons - cubes

How to make

The bread is soaked in olive oil and vinegar for about 15 minutes.

The tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, garlic, egg and bread mixture are blended until smooth.

If the mixture turns out to be thick, add water.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil.

Serve the gazpacho with croutons or toast.
