Ingredients

  • strawerries - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cucumber - 1 about 7 oz (200 g)
  • green pepper - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 stalks, spring
  • kiwi - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • old bread - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • water - about 3/4 cup for soaking bread
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • parsley - 1 pinch, dried
  • salt to taste
  • apple vinegar - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The bread is soaked in water.

The strawberries and kiwi together with the vegetables are cut into pieces and put in a blender with soaked bread + water, salt, parsley and black pepper.

Grind everything until smooth. A blender can also be used if the gazpacho products are softer.

Season with salt and vinegar and, if desired, dilute the cold soup with more water.

The gazpacho with strawberries is served in bowls or cups, sprinkled with plenty of olive oil.

In summer, Spaniards like to put ice cubes in cold soup.

Croutons are also suitable for her.
