How to cook
Heat 300 ml of confectionery cream, 300 ml milk and 3 tbsp. sugar.
Add 1 tbsp. of gelatin (10 g) previously dissolved in cold water to 2 different glasses.
When it swells, add one gelatin to the first mixture with milk and cream, mix well.
In another pot, about 2 cups (500 ml) of water is heated with 3 tbsp. of sugar and before boiling, add the tablespoon of gelatin previously dissolved in cold water and chopped strawberries.
After pouring the first mixture into glasses, cool it in the refrigerator or freezer until it sets and only then pour the second mixture.
Liquid vanilla or vanilla powder can be added to the cream to flavor the panna cotta.
