How to cook
In the cups, where you will make the panna cotta with chia, arrange the sliced pineapple slices on the bottom and on the walls of them.
In a bowl pour the sour cream, powdered sugar, chia and coconut shavings.
Mix everything well.
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Then pour it over the sour cream and other products and stir.
Distribute the mixture into the cups, while being careful not to ruin the arranged pineapple.
Put the finished panna cotta in the refrigerator and leave it to set for 24 hours.
The next day, dip the cups briefly in warm water and turn them over into a plate, then serve them.
