measures

How to make

The gelatin is dissolved in some of the milk to swell. After the liquid has thickened, it is placed in a water bath in a bowl of water on the hob to liquefy over low heat and when that's done, set it aside.

Put the liquid cream, the other part of the milk, chia and sugar in a small saucepan and stir. Add the vanilla sugar. Place it on the hob and stir continuously, until the sugar dissolves.

Before the mixture boils, the hob is switched off. Add the liquid gelatin. Mix well. The mixture is set aside, until it has completely cooled.

It is periodically stirred. The mixture for the panna cotta is distributed into appropriate bowls, which are stored in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.

In order to remove the jelly dessert from the molds easily, each of them should be immersed briefly in hot water. Turn the molds over onto a plate and garnish them with blueberry topping.

The chia panna cotta is a sweet and irresistible temptation.
