How to cook
Soak the gelatin in the water and let it swell, then dissolve it in a water bath.
Combine the cream, sugar and milk in a saucepan and place them on the stove over medium heat, by stirring occasionally. Just before it boils, add the vanilla and lemon sugar.
Once it boils, remove it from the heat and add the mixture to the gelatin. Stir well.
Leave the mixture to cool.
Sprinkle the bottoms of the molds or glasses you will be using with coconut shavings and spread the delicious panna cotta into them.
Refrigerate the jelly dessert for 2-3 hours.
If desired, serve the dairy cream in combination with a topping, a sprinkle of coconut shavings and lemon balm leaves.
