"How about a coffee-flavored panna cotta? A real perfection in a cup"

Ingredients

  • sweetened cream - 2 and 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • espresso - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • gelatin - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • vanilla - 1 pc.

How to make

In a bowl of cold water, soak the gelatin, so it can soften.

In a small saucepan, pour the cream, coffee and milk. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and one vanilla powder.

Place the pan on the hob and heat it to it's boiling point. Remove the pan from the heat, add the softened gelatin. Stir vigorously until it has completely melted.

Pour the cream into suitable bowls or cups. Leave them in a cold place and after they cool down, put them in the refrigerator until the panna cotta is well gelled.

When serving it, sprinkle it with cocoa or cinnamon!
