  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) high percentage
  • gelatin - 1/2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

  • water - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2.5 oz (70 g)
measures

How to make

Prepare glass cups - 4 pcs.

The gelatin is dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water and is left to swell for about 10-15 minutes. It is set aside.

Pour the milk, cream, sugar into a pot and leave the mixture to simmer over medium heat, but do not boil it. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove it from the heat and leave for 10-15 minutes to cool and add the vanilla and gelatin and stirring, until it has melted.

The mixture is poured into tilted glass cups, supported in a tray with a towel, for example. Leave them to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

The strawberries are placed in a pot with the sugar and the water specified in the recipe.

Leave them to simmer for about 5 minutes, by stirring constantly. Remove them from the heat and pour them into a blender to blend them. They are then placed in a strainer to remove the seeds. Cool them to room temperature and then add the juice to the panna cotta. Cool it down.

The Panna Cotta with Strawberries is ready.

Note: I used frozen morello cherries, some strawberries and blueberries. You can use any type of fruit, which have been blended in a blender.
