How to cook
Put the gelatin to swell. Heat the milk with the sugar. Separately, heat the cream and melt the crumbled chocolate in it. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and pour in the sweetened milk.
Add the gelatin but don't let it boil, just heat it enough to melt. Cut the banana into slices and fry it briefly with 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Distribute the cream into dessert cups and put it to harden for several hours in a refrigerator.
Garnish with the caramel bananas and sprinkle with plenty of chocolate when serving.
