"Diversify the typical Spanish gazpacho by adding a little yogurt to it - you will like it"

Ingredients

  • garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped
  • onion - 1 head, old
  • tomatoes - 1 cup (250 g)
  • cucumbers - 1., finely chopped
  • peppers - 1, green, cleaned of seeds
  • peppers - 1, red, cleaned of seeds
  • tomato juice - 2 tsp. (500 ml)
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • onion - 2 stalks, spring
  • bread - 2 oz (60 g), cut into cubes
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 4 tbsp.

How to make

Puree the garlic, onion, half of the vegetables and tomato juice. Add the remaining tomato juice, vinegar and stir. Add salt and pepper.

Add the parsley and spring onions. Leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The bread is fried in olive oil.

Add the remaining vegetables and mix well. The middle is decorated with yogurt and croutons.
