Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • salami - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • potatoes - 1
  • eggs - 2
  • cucumbers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Boil the potatoes and eggs. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes.

Pour them into a bowl. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and salt.

Mix and pour in water to obtain a runnier consistency. You can garnish the Okroshka with parsley.
