Ingredients

  • cherries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • strawberries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • semolina - 2 tbsp.
  • tangerine - 1 pc.
  • cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • water - 7 cups (1.5 L)

How to make

Wash the strawberries well, put them in a bowl and add the washed and pitted and chopped cherries.

Sprinkle them with sugar and place in the refrigerator for an hour to form a juice.

Half of the fruit are mashed in a pot, poured with boiling water, set aside for 15 minutes, then rubbed through a sieve and brought to a boil.
