"A cold cucumber soup, which you have never tried before"

Ingredients

  • cucumbers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yogurt - 13 oz (380 g) strained
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • dill - 1 tbsp. dry or fresh
  • parsley - 1 tbsp. chopped leaves
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp. or to taste

How to make

Peel the cucumbers and grind them in a blender along with the clove of garlic, dill, parsley and black pepper.

Add the yogurt and salt and run on maximum speed to make the mixture as smooth as possible - about 30-40 seconds.

Pour ladles of it into bowls and sprinkle with more dill, parsley and drops of olive oil.
