How to make
The baguette is cut into pieces and each piece is cut in half.
The sliced baguettes are briefly toasted, until lightly browned.
Crush the garlic clove in a bowl and add the cream cheese and sour cream to it.
The toasted baguettes are spread with the mixture, topped with the smoked salmon and the cucumber, which was previously cut into strips using a peeler.
The cold sandwiches are sprinkled with finely chopped Siberian onions.
These salmon and cucumber cold sandwich are a real treat :)
