Ingredients

  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • fresh yeast - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • melted butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • for the filling
  • smoked salmon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • dill

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and knead a soft dough from the indicated products.

Wrap it in a cotton towel and leave it to rise in a warm place.

Roll out the finished dough into a crust with a thickness of one finger.

Leave it to rise again. Bake or fry the bread buns (optional).

Leave them to cool.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and cream. Mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
