How to make

From the indicated products, knead dough for bread rolls. It contains more oil on purpose, because it makes them softer and more suitable for sandwiches. As for the yeast, you don't need to dissolve it beforehand, just crumble it into the flour.

From the resulting smooth dough, form 4 or 5 balls and place them at a distance in a tray covered with baking paper. Leave them to rise, until they puff up well - 30-40 minutes.

Bake the small bread rolls at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven. Leave them to cool.

For the filling of the delicious cold sandwiches, mix the chopped parsley with the pressed garlic, a little salt and olive oil.

Cut each bread roll in half and spread one half with this fresh mixture. Spread the other half with cream cheese.

Add thin slices of smoked salmon, various fresh salad leaves and sliced cherry tomatoes.

Close up the cold sandwiches with salmon and homemade rolls and serve them. They are so tasty!
