How to make
To make these delicious bruschettas - we can use elongated bread/baguette or, as is the case - homemade mini wholemeal elongated bread (optionally with seeds).
We cut it into small slices - neither thin nor very wide.
Arrange them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread olive oil on top of them using a silicone brush.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 10 minutes until golden brown. After removing them from the oven, while still warm, rub them on top (where we spread the olive oil) with 1-2 cloves of garlic (peeled and divided into two).
In this way, we give the wholemeal bread an incredible mysterious aroma and taste of garlic.
While the slices were baking, we peeled and cut 3-4 medium tomatoes into small cubes. We mix them with the fresh basil leaves, which we have also finely diced.
Spread the mixture on the baked slices and sprinkle with Himalayan salt.
Optionally decorate with whole fresh basil leaves. Serve fresh and crunchy in an instant - the fragrant classic vegetarian bruschettas!
Wonderfully Tasty!
