Ingredients

  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • lettuce - 1 pc.
  • spring onions - 4 stalks
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • vegetable broth - 5 cups
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) (grated)

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and stew them in butter.

Add the chopped onion, lettuce and cucumber. Allow them to simmer and then add the broth.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and leave it on low heat. The finished soup is left to cool down and is then strained.

Serve it sprinkled with chopped spring onions and grated yellow cheese.
