  • cucumbers - 2
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 boiled
  • onions - 4 - 5
  • dill - 1/2 bunch, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • honey - 1/2 tbsp
  • yogurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml.)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • tomatoes - dried 8, 10 (optional)

How to make

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes. Crumble the feta cheese and place it in a bowl.

Add the chopped eggs, onions, dried tomatoes, salt, ground black pepper, dill and honey.

Pour the mixed together yogurt and water over them. Add a few ice cubes.

Optionally, cool it for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
