Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2 cups (2x 500 g)
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • radishes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • fresh garlic - 1 stalk
  • boiled eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • dill
  • salt
  • oil

How to make

Cut the peeled cucumber, radishes, eggs and potatoes into cubes. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.

Add cold water (about 1 and 1/2 cups), salt, finely chopped garlic and dill, oil and the chopped vegetables and eggs.

Stir well and let it cool before eating it. Serve the cold soup with boiled eggs that are cut in half.

Optionally, you can add diced ham.
