How to make

An extremely easy and quick recipe for a refreshing garlic tarator.

Mix the yogurt well in its bucket and pour it into a deep bowl.

Add finely chopped 1/2 cucumber (in cubes), 1/3 dill (without the stems) and 1-2 cloves of garlic to it.

Season with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 pinches of ground black pepper, 3 pinches of ground cumin, 1 level top tsp. fine Himalayan salt and, if desired, freshly squeezed lemon juice - to taste.

While mixing all the ingredients for the appetizing tarator, pour about half a liter of filtered water in a thin stream.

Serve the chilled yogurt soup to the table with favorite potato patties, falafels, quiche, filo pastry pie, casserole, gratin or another aromatic dish.

Wonderfully delicious garlic tarator with olive oil and cumin!
