How to make
The lentils are left to boil with 2 cloves of garlic and the savory herb. Add the lightly fried mushrooms.
In 3 tbsp. of butter, the finely chopped pepper, onion, celery and carrot are stewed. Paprika is added and everything is added to the lentils.
In 1 tbsp. of butter the finely chopped tomato is fried and it is added to the lentils.
After it boils, it is removed from the heat.
Crush 4 cloves of garlic and mix with vinegar and olive oil.
They are added to the cooled lentil soup. It is salted.
The lentil soup with garlic and olive oil is ready.
