How to make
Put the washed octopus tentacles in a pot of water, add 2 corks, because they make the meat more tender.
Boil the tentacles for about 30 minutes. After they are cooked, strain the water and remove the corks.
Heat the olive oil in a pan on the stove and add the strained octopus tentacles.
Add the garlic cloves, cut into strips and season with salt and black pepper and fry for a short time, until they have nicely browned.
The octopus tentacles with garlic in olive oil are ready.
