How to make
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a deep pan with olive oil.
Pour the noodles and fry them for a few minutes as well.
In a large pot, add the chopped tomatoes and the parsley, pepper puree and spices.
Blend all of the products and stew them for about 10 minutes.
Pour the broth and the fried noodles - leave them on the stove for another 5 minutes.
Serve the tomato soup immediately.
If desired, you can dilute it with more broth.
Serve it with vegan parmesan or finely chopped spring onions.
