Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 1 cube
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 small carrot
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • leeks - 2 stalks
  • noodles - 1 handful
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley - 1 bunch (small)
  • salt

How to make

Finely chop the the garlic, onion and leeks. Peel and dice the carrot and celery and finely chop the pepper.

Fry the vegetables, until they soft. Then add the flour and paprika.

Stir and add the peeled and grated tomatoes into the pot.

Once the mixture boils, pour 1.5 l (7 cups) of boiling water. Add the noodles and stir. Cook the tomato soup for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle it with a little sugar, black pepper and salt.

Finally add the chopped parsley and serve it.

The tomato soup with leeks and noodles is delicious and easy.
