Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • lentils - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • vegetable broth - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • lemons - 1/2

How to make

In the half boiled soup of lentils, put the chopped onion, garlic, oil, bay leaf, black pepper and salt.

Mix in the tomatoes - peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces. Cover the top and let it boil over low heat until the lentils soften completely.

Add salt to taste and lemon juice.
