How to make
Grate the zucchini or chop them very finely. Heat the fat in a pot and fry them for 1 minute, while stirring constantly. Optionally, add 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic.
Add water into the pot and boil them for 3-4 minutes. Add as much rice as you would like. Boil the soup until it's ready and season it with salt.
Remove it from the heat. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and vinegar and carefully thicken up the soup.
Add the chopped fresh dill, stir and serve the zucchini soup slightly warm.
