  • zucchini - 4, medium
  • leeks - 4 - 5 sprigs
  • potatoes - 2
  • liquid cream - for cooking
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the zucchini, leeks and potatoes into cubes and boil until soft. The water in which they boil should not be too much, just enough to cover them.

After boiling, blend them and gradually add the liquid cream, and then the cheese. Flavor to your liking. Optionally, you can garnish it with croutons before serving.
