  • salt
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • ground black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

The garlic is crushed or finely chopped and placed into a pan with hot fat. Grate the tomatoes and add them to the fried garlic.

Season them with as much salt as you like, a little sugar (to kill the acidity of the tomatoes) and leave them to cook until they thicken. Finally, the sauce is flavored with finely chopped fresh basil and a little ground black pepper.

Put the mozzarella balls or just sliced ​​mozzarella in the sauce that should still be hot. Pour the sauce into the strained pasta and stir.
