Ingredients

  • pasta - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • basil
  • oregano
  • baby mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • ground black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

The garlic is crushed or finely chopped and placed into a pan with hot fat. Grate the tomatoes and add them to the fried garlic.

Season them with as much salt as you like, a little sugar (to kill the acidity of the tomatoes) and leave them to cook until they thicken. Finally, the sauce is flavored with finely chopped fresh basil and a little ground black pepper.

Put the mozzarella balls or just sliced mozzarella in the sauce that should still be hot. Pour the sauce into the strained pasta and stir.

When serving, decorate it with fresh basil leaves.
