  • red peppers - 2 pcs.
  • minced meat mixture - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • brown sugar - 1 tsp.
  • macaroni - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • dried oregano
  • basil - dried
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • peeled canned tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • salt
  • black olives - 1 cup

How to make

Boil the macaroni. They should be al dente. Fry the minced meat and crumble it. Add the chopped onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, oregano, basil, black pepper, salt and sugar.

When everything boils, add the pitted and sliced black olives.

Pour a few spoonfuls of the mixture into a ring pan. Pour half of the macaroni on top, then the mixture again, then the macaroni.

Put the macaroni with sauce in the oven for half an hour at 360°F (180 degrees). Once it has cooled, the ring is removed.

Cut the macaroni with minced meat into portions.

Serve the oven-baked macaroni with minced meat and tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
