How to make
The macaroni are boiled until al dente.
In a pan, fry the garlic and minced meat until ready, add the tomato puree and the spices and leave it for 2 minutes on the stove, then take it off and add the spices.
The strained macaroni are poured into a suitable tray and the minced meat with the tomato puree is poured over them, the mozzarella and the grated cheese are distributed over them.
The oven-baked macaroni is baked for 30 min at 430°F (220°C).
Serve the finished oven-baked macaroni with minced meat and cheese with chili sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise.
