Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • minced meat - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 cup (grinded)
  • peas - 6 tbsp. from a tin
  • basil
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • mozzarella - 5.3 oz (150 g) grated
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The tagliatelle are boiled in salted water, by dropping them gently into the water, so that they stay in balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot in it. After they soften, add minced meat. Stir and fry until the minced meat is crumbly.

Add the pureed tomatoes, peas, salt, black pepper, basil and oregano.

The pasta sauce is left to simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.

Arrange the tagliatelle balls in a baking pan and put the sauce in the middle of each one.

Add grated mozzarella on top. A little of the water in which the pasta was boiled is poured into the baking pan, then it is placed in the oven.

The dish is baked at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
