How to make
Stew the finely chopped onion with the oil, add the minced meat, some of the tomato juice and the spices.
Add a little water, to cook the minced meat, let it cool slightly and fill the cannelloni, which we have arranged upright in a tray, by leaving a little space between them.
The finished cannelloni are arranged in a rectangular tray, then they are poured with the remaining tomatoes and a little warm water (they should cover the cannelloni), seasoned with a little salt, black pepper, sugar and finely chopped parsley and basil.
Bake the pasta with minced meat, covered with aluminum foil, for 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Take them out, sprinkle them with yellow cheese and bake the oven-baked cannelloni with minced meat until done.
