How to make
Boil the potatoes whole.
Pour the minced meat into a suitable bowl, grate the zucchini on the meat, add the chopped onion, parsley and add the egg, salt, black pepper and oil and knead everything well with your hands.
Pour oil on the bottom of a fireproof baking pan, put the meat inside of it and shape it like potatoes.
Mash the boiled potatoes, add the white cheese and milk, salt, black pepper and stir.
Shape the potato mixture into the shape of potatoes and arrange it on the meat.
Mix the tomatoes with water. Pour the minced meat over the potatoes.
Bake the juicy casserole for 30 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
