Prepare the filling by frying the onions, mushrooms, minced meat, season them with salt and black pepper, add the ketchup, chopped egg and leave the mixture to cool.
Spread the dough on a floured surface, roll it out and cut it into a small round shapes.
Place the filling at one end, cover it with the other and press the edges with a fork. The piroshki are fried in hot oil.
