Ingredients

  • mince - 28 oz (800 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • mushrooms - 26.5 oz (750 g) canned
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • yoghurt - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • horseradishes - 0.5 oz (20 g)
  • potatoes - 5.5 oz (160 g)
  • onions - 3 oz (80 g)
  • oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • salt - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • parsley - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)

How to make

Clean and chop the onion into small pieces. Mix the meat with some of the onion, 1 egg and breadcrumbs. Sauté the mushrooms with the remaining eggs and onion in some of the butter.

Prepare a white sauce from the cream, yoghurt, flour and horseradish. Shape minced meat schnitzels, roll them in flour and fry in oil. Top with the mixture of mushrooms and onions, grate cheese on top and bake them. Boil the potatoes whole.

After they boil, peel and cut them into round slices, fry them in the remaining butter and some onion. Make portions and in the middle of each, put the meat with the cheese and then the sauce and potatoes on the sides. Sprinkle parsley on top.
