Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 8 large or medium - sized
  • oil - for drizzling
  • salt - for sprinkling
  • minced meat - 7 oz (200 g)
  • savory herb
  • cumin
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 2 tbsp.
  • soda - 1 pinch
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yellow cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

The minced meat is kneaded with all the spices. The mushrooms are cleaned from the stump and peeled without getting wet with water.

Arrange them in a greased baking pan and sprinkle them with a pinch of salt. Form a small ball, as for mini meatballs and place one in each mushroom.

Drizzle oil on top and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.

Take out the baking pan and place a pinch of grated yellow cheese on stuffed mushroom.

Place it back into the oven for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese and the stuffed mushrooms are ready. Great New Year's appetizer with a glass of homemade wine!
