How to make
Peel the potatoes and grate them. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle them with salt.
Leave them for about 5 minutes and then strain them. Add the eggs and flour and stir.
Finely chop the onion and parsley. Grate the yellow cheese.
Pour the oil into a pan and add the onion. Stew it, then add the minced meat.
At the bottom of a greased pan, spread some of the potato mixture, pressing it down with a spoon.
A potato pancake is formed, which weneed to turn over once it cooks on one side.
Spread the minced meat with onion on one half of the pancake and add yellow cheese and parsley on top.
After 2-3 minutes, fold the omelette in half to cover the filling.
Leave it bake, take it out and serve it while it is still warm.
