How to make
Mix about 20 fl oz (600 ml) of the milk with the butter and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the yufka noodles and mix gently. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix them with the remaining milk and vanilla.
Add them to the rest of the products, mix and pour into a suitable tray.
Bake the dish until done (about 30 minutes) in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
